Yeah, seriously. I like having shinkwrapped stuff - and I have a lot - but $100-$300 for common items that you can attain elsewhere in shrink is pretty shocking. I think EX1 is pretty uncommon but with this kind of money I'd take an ST1.

If the box is sealed in shrinkwrap, how do they know it is one of the boxes that have chits instead of dice?

Easy to tell if you shake it. They may also just be going by the picture on the back.

Two interesting thoughts on this one:

1. The bidder has a feedback score of 1. Nuff said.

2. I suppose this could be a victory for the proponents of the philosophy of putting stuff on ebay at above market prices and it will sell eventually. This seller has had the same items cycling for a loooooooooooong time.

Areas of interest/knowledge: Harn, WFRP, Ars Magica, anything BRP based such as CoC, Runequest, Pendragon and all their related games

That seller has had that item listed for MANY months, dating back to last year.
Along with many other rediculously priced OD&D and other RPG items.
For instance, he also has each of the three volumes from a White Box set (5th or 6th prints) INDIVIDUALLY listed at $185.99 EACH!

Buyer has to be a shill by or for the seller.

While these are indeed rare, they came with 50 sheets.

This one has just five (5) sheets remaining...... hence the posting here, as the $195 BIN is Too high by far.
