At least you bought it based on his revised and more accurate description. The original was extremely misleading (not to mention just plain copied from someone else's auction... looks like someone called him on it).

The nice thing is you pretty much got the whole shebang right there. I'm still trying to grab a nice Greyhawk at a reasonable price to "finish" my box off.

I asked the seller about whether there were any of the 16 green sheets inside (I didn't specifiy light or dark), and his response was

"I see a few copies not any orginals. There several other adv. orginals. There are several different versions."

The price is a little high, but not astronomically like most other T&T items.

yes, bit of luck for the seller, who probably won't realise that this tiny glimpse of yellow sold the book!

Yeah, me too. So, I decided I would just start bidding higher, and if outbid, to not give a damn. I figure, hell, if I'm going to pay that amount, someone else has to be insane to pay more, and I'll never engage an insane person in a war.

Never sniped yet, I just bid my max and hope for the best!
(One of these days I will try it out though - is auctionsieve still recomended?)

Okay, not really interesting, just thought that the auction description gave a nice little snapshot into the sellers life :D

I thought this would have garnered a bid by now.  Granted, it's a 2nd print, but it does look nice, and really isn't all that common:

Same here.  Still no bids.  Surely it's worth at least $20:
