I had a great uncle that lived into his 80's and weighed about 300 lbs. He ate a huge plate of pasta with sauce for lunch or dinner the last 50 or so years of his life....he probably managed to outlive a lot of vegans, health nuts and exercise freaks. As the great H.H.
