Looking at the larger images, seems more the condition rather then any photocopy tells..and the images have been scanned.

There's often 4 or more of these on Ebay at the same time, at least on the US Ebay. The one you list is missing 5 different pieces, which is pretty typical as well.

Looks to be in pretty good condition, too. Might be worth asking the seller for an individual high res pic or scan of that one. That print is notoriously hard to find in really good condition.

Nice set of Monster & Treasure Assortment sheets. Looks like a 1st printing of all three sets (no registered trademark on D&D). Maybe even more interesting are the twelve issues of a regional D&D newsletter.
