Here's where we currently stand on participation and print number assignments.  People wanting 2 prints have print (#1) and (#2) beside their name.  Your print number can shift up or down depending on multiple factors.  You can trade print numbers with someone as long as both members state their intent on this thread.  Remember, the maximum number of prints is 75.  Please register your interest on this thread and your name will be added to this list if there is space.  There is one space left, however, participants who want one print can bump people who want two prints down to one print.  After that, people on the loyalty list can bump people who are not on the loyalty list (first page of this thread).

I apologize for these delays, but the project is moving along.  Our timeline is tight, but it appears that we will have the finished prints in hand by NTX.  There are a number of things that could go wrong, like Larry does not show to NTX, or the shipped prints could get lost and/or damaged, but we will roll with those punches if they come.  The tight timeline was not of our own making as the committee has been doing all it could to move things along.

The best news is that these prints should cost less than we first projected.  We initially estimated the print cost to be about $180 each but they should come to about $170 each plus shipping.  For those picking them up at NTX, you'll have to add on a tube cost.  Send no money now!  We have yet to get the final contract from the printer to make sure we are charging the right amount.  We plan on requesting payment this Saturday.  Another piece of good news is that this artwork will be approximately 18x24, slightly larger than we originally stated (17x24).  Like last time, these prints will have a 2 inch border and feature deckled edges.

The time has come for the Acaeum Limited Edition Art Committee (ALEAC) to collect payment!

Everyone on the list above (edited today) needs to now pay for your print(s).  I am requesting you Paypal your money to me at my e-mail address which is: (edited out).  All payments need to be made by Paypal in USD.  Make sure your PayPal payment notice (the "message" section when you fill out the form) includes your Acaeum username as it may not be otherwise obvious. No cash, checks or money orders.  Please send in your payment by Saturday, May 21st.  The sooner, the better.

Shipping includes a sturdy tube, $100.00 insurance, Priority postage and a Paypal fee compensation.  Domestic shipping also includes Delivery Confirmation.  Priority Mail gives your print a better chance to arrive undamaged as the tube is within a Priority Mail tube carton. There will be no combined shipments.  All shipping will be done by Badmike.  If you are attending NTRPGCON, picking up your print is preferable for everyone involved.  This is because of USPS and not Badmike's shipping expertise. International buyers may incur customs fees although the value will be declared as $99.00.

The print cost includes a payment to the printer, payment to the artist, a payment to a professional shipper who will ship the prints to Badmike, funds to create a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist, and a Paypal compensation fee.  We also added a $7.00 per person fee to cover unexpected expenses or problems.  All left-over funds will go to the Acaeum.  A complete budget breakdown will be revealed later.

Furthermore, insurance covers your cost, our butts, and is required.  It does not cover replacing your print or the total cost of your print.  We are doing all we can to deliver what you want, but there are no guarantees in life or with this print.

Your Limited Edition print(s) and Certificate(s) of Authenticity should arrive in about six to eight weeks if everything goes as expected.  We'll keep you updated on our progress.

If you are buying two prints: The good news is that the shipping costs are for one print or two prints.  The bad news is that the insurance coverage of $100.00 is for both prints.

ALEAC consists of grodog, PaulKM, Badmike, Burntwire Brothers and benjoshua.   We will not reveal the name of the printing company until after all prints are completed.  We request no private messages.  Any questions or concerns should be addressed on this thread.
