I don't know how these things go so don't take this as any way other than a humble suggestion/question but is the design kind of up to Jeff completely or is it directed by the committee?

I love Easley's work, but, I wouldn't be thrilled about a unicorn flipping off a demon wearing a Hawaiian shirt.. as an example.

Some good old dungeon crawl motif would be epicly awesome.

Thank you for your questions.  

We're still in the early stages of this project.  Once we have approved the thumbnail sketch, Easley will start painting; however, the timeline will rely much on his schedule.  

Once the piece is finished, things will move a bit more quickly.  

Providing we've done our jobs, we will have the cost-per-print, and collect payment from our members.  At that point, it's a matter of the master printer and Easley choosing the appropriate stock, and Easley's approval of the printer's proofs.  Once he's signed off on the proofs, printing will take approximately two to three weeks.  The prints, and the Certificates of Authenticity, will be shipped to Jeff to sign and number, and then to Badmike for shipping to our members.  

It is possible we may alter the timing of payment process slightly, but that is something the Committee needs to discuss.  We will, of course, inform our members as soon as we have hard numbers.

The timing is tricky but, with some luck, I hope we'll have something in our members hands by September. This is not a strict timeline.

If you look at the EO thread (Page 43:  about8099-0-asc-840.html), you can read the total cost-per-print for members in the USA, Canada, and Overseas.

Though we hope to have a similar total cost-per-print, we won't have exact figures till will farther down the line.  

All shipping is by priority mail with insurance.

As we reach each stage we'll post on this thread.

I hope those answers aren't too vague--we have to juggle a lot of variables.  If you need further clarification please don't hesitate to ask.
