She's hotter than the orc...?

As much RPG stuff as I have sitting around on shelves, and sometimes other places, I wouldn't want that thing standing in a corner of my living room, either. My wife is fairly tolerant of the few "weird" things I do have, and she is willing to explain to friends what it's all about (I hate doing that when we have "uninitiated" guests), but this would be expecting too much. Way too much.

My wife put her foot down when I wanted to buy a life size over six' tall and wider than 2 1/2' Playmobil Plastic store display knight on Ebay on the grounds that it takes up too much space. I relented because it had some damage to the side from some kid in the store. Now I wish I had one and could chase down one of these orcs, lol. And, for no good reason. lol ain't collecting crazy!

I do have a bust and mask of Klaxx the Malign from the d&d movie sitting (and smelling up) the game room. Wife doesn't want it in the house, but she seems to have gotten used to walking past it. lol.

PARIS (Reuters) - 'Youths' burned 1,137 cars across France overnight as New Year's Eve celebrations once again turned violent, the French Interior Ministry said on Friday.

Car burnings are regular occurrences in poor suburbs that ring France's big cities, but the arson is especially prevalent during New Year's Eve revelry.

The number of vehicles torched was only 10 short of the record 1,147 burned this time last year, even though the Interior Ministry mobilized 45,000 police during the night -- 10,000 more than 12 months ago.

It said police detained 549 people overnight, compared with 288 in 2009 New Year celebrations. However, unlike in previous years, there were no direct clashes between police and 'youths'. "The few disturbances that did take place were brought swiftly under control," the ministry said in a statement.

This is a very geeky question, but what actors would you like to see play Doctor Who?

I would have loved to see Lenny Henry (about the time when he was doing the first series of Chef!) and Rowan Atkinson as the Master.

Or Rowan Atkinson as the Doctor. He recently became Prime Minister of Spain, kinda: ( http://www.theregister.co.uk/2010/01/05/spanish_coup/ ) A stint as the Doctor would be just as simple.

Stephen Fry & Hugh Laurie as the Doctor & Companion. Doesn't matter who plays whom (or Who); either actor can be as serious or humorous as needed.
